“The Secret is Out! -Gain Without Pain”
The old saying, “No Gain No Pain” is a cliché if you are using Sport-X GYM Supplements!
- Does the thought of muscle pain and stiffness prevent you from going full out at the gym?
- Are you only working out 2 times per week because of stiff and sore muscles the day after a workout?
- What is the secret behind the people who can exercise and gym every day without aches and pain?

| With the Sport-X GYM Supplements you can now build a lean body (burn fat fast), without stiff or sore muscles, in half the normal time. |
|
Why do I get stiff and sore after a workout?
There are 2 types of training: Cardio-Aerobic Training (running, cycling, rowing etc.) and Strength Training (using weight equipment)
- When we do any form of Aerobic Training, lactic acid and ammonia builds up in the muscles and can cause cramps and stiffness. This stiffness prevents people training day after day.
- When we are doing Strength Training, we do it to build muscle. Muscles grow because muscle tissue tears in the process, which then activates muscle growth.
|
Muscles burn FAT
- Whether you are doing Aerobic or Strength training, you will build muscle. (not the sort of muscles the dedicated bodybuilders are after)
- Women do not need to worry about becoming bulky, because estrogens prevent them becoming too muscular.
Why do muscles burn fat?
- Growing muscles needs fuel; and FAT is stored energy which the muscles use as fuel to grow.
- The beautiful part about any form of exercise, but even more with resistance and strength training, is that your body continues to burn fat for hours after the workout or exercise.
- To burn FAT even faster, your calorie intake must be less than you are burning.
Wow, this is great news! Now I can exercise or work out everyday without pain, burning FAT faster!
But there are so many products available on the market, how does one know which product really work?
|
What is so unique about Sport-X GYM Supplements and how does it work?

These Amino acids are in capsules and blister packed for your convenience. |
| ⇒ |
One packet of Sport-X GYM is enough for 1 month, if you are exercising or working out 20 days of the month. |

The ACTION of Sport-X GYM
- The RED capsules which you take before exercise, contain 2 specific amino acids which activate the growth process in the muscles, giving them the message that the building process is about to start.
- The amino acids are now present in all the blood vessels of the muscles throughout the body. When you start to exercise a specific muscle, these amino acids then activate that specific muscle to start with the growing process.
- The PURPLE capsules which you take after the workout or exercise are the builders, which seek good building blocks (protein) to build the muscle.
- You need to take a good quality protein like whey, meat, chicken etc. as the building blocks to optimise the growing process.
- The reason why Protein Shakes alone are not sufficient for muscle growth, is because it consists of 21 amino acids and causes the building process to start without any foundation or plan. Any good, protein rich food are just as good as any Shake. You need specific amino acids to activate a specific function in the body and that is precisely what Sport-X GYM supplements do.
| Don’t deprive your body of exercise because you are scared of the pain that use to follow, get Sport-X GYM and enjoy exercise as it was meant to be. |

NUTRITION FOR MUSCLE GROWTH, MAINTENACE AND REGENERATION
|
|
INTRODUCTION
It is important to understand that when we eat (time-imposed constraint) and what we consume (composition of meal) and what we do (training) are critical factors if the intentions are set to optimize optimal tissue growth.
Except for training, rest and sleep (muscle tissues do not grow during training sessions) five additional aspects relating to the nutritional status of an athlete can affect muscle growth and also come into effect:
1. Energy reserves prior to the onset of training (size of the fuel tank);
2. Metabolic state of the energy liberating processes with the immediate onset of training (carburetor setting prior to the onset of training race);
3. Nutritional stimuli that act as signals to activate muscle growth during training;
4. Nutritional stimuli that act as signals to activate muscle growth after training, and
5. Sufficient amounts of quality biologically active protein in combination with carbohydrate being available to act as building blocks for muscle tissue growth.
In order to satisfy these requirements requires that we adhere to a sound synchronised training and nutritional strategic plan of action. The strategic planning process reveals that the following aspects organized in a synchronised manner come into play:
· Compositions of any single meal per 24 hour cycle;
· Number of meal intakes per 24 hour cycle;
· Distribution of meal intakes per 24 hour cycle; and
· Timing of meal intake prior to and after training sessions; and
· Specific nutrient supplementation prior to and after training sessions.
Prior to making any recommendations on these issues it seems to be essential to provide information on the composition of various foodstuffs. All foodstuffs contain various proportions of macronutrients (i.e. protein, carbohydrate and fat) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). For clarity purposes on how to design meal compositions according to your accessibility to foodstuffs, the various types of foodstuffs are color coded in terms of what can be considered to represent a foodstuff containing a relatively high proportional ratio of a specific macronutrients: Red indicate rich in protein, white indicate rich in carbohydrates and yellow indicate rich in fats. When we discuss issues on meal composition determination, the coding will come in handy. TABLE 1 provides information on specific foodstuffs that are considered to be containing relatively high proportions of protein, carbohydrate or fat.

TABLE 1 Macronutrient proportional ration of various kinds of foodstuffs
FIGURE 1 gives structure to a holistic view on the various SESSIONS (1, 2, & 3) and MEAL PLANS (1; 2; & 3) respectively. Each and every MEAL PLAN (1, 2; or 3) is comprised of 2 PARTS (A or B). Furthermore, PART A forms part of all MEAL PLANS. Any athlete can design his/her own MEAL PLANS according to the principles indicated for each and every SESSION (1, 2, &3).
FIGURE 1 Holistic view on time imposed training sessions and number of meal intakes
A brief description in the format of a mind map for each and every MEAL PLAN is indicated. Throughout, the fractions of the macronutrients that comprise the meal are indicated in terms of percentages. When something is expressed in terms of a percentage it remains a meaningless prospect in terms of reflecting information on volume intake/amount of foodstuffs consumed. In accordance, the size of the plate on which the food is served (to determine volume/amount of food intake) depends on the body mass of the athlete- the larger the body mass the larger the plate. Also take note of the number of meals per 24 hour period that come into play.
FIGURE 2 is an illustration of PART A. PART A is applicable to all MEAL PLANS (1; 2; & 3). PART A relates to setting of the biological energy liberating systems (STEP 1) and metabolic signaling pathways (STEP 2) in an orderly manner to induce structural growth adaptations.

The time periods when these actions (recommendations) should be implemented are stated and the purpose for doing so, also indicated.
Consume no foodstuffs during the period 4 hours prior to any training session.
1. Consume the MIO-STIM capsules 45 minutes prior to any training session as indicated in the directions for use.
2. Consume the MIO-BOL FORTE capsules immediately after completing any training session as indicated in the directions for use

FIGURE 2 Schematic presentations of PART A applicable to all MEAL PLANS.
The correct signaling has been acquired by means of training impulses (implementation of various exercise modes and workloads) and nutritional signaling (MIO-STIM and MIO-BOL FORTE). The only additional input now required is the availability of building blocks. Sufficient amounts of quality biologically active protein in combination with carbohydrate will do the job.

FIGURE 3 is an illustration indicating a holistic view on the features applicable to PARTS B; C; & D of MEAL PLANS 1; 2; & 3 respectively. The various meals should be consumed 60 minutes after completion of any specific training session. The time interval when these actions (recommendations) should be implemented are also stated and the purpose for doing so, indicated.
FIGURE 3 Schematic presentations of PARTS B, C & D applicable to various MEAL PLANS (1, 2 & 3) respectively.
Design your own meal composition by using the criteria outlined in FIGURE1
in the specific proportional ratios specific for each PART (B, C, or D) that follows:
|
|
 |
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. All of the meals should be consumed within 60 minutes after any training session.
2. The foodstuffs that you choose should cover the indicated areas on your plate.
3. No in-between meals/snacks are allowed. Rather enlarge the size of the plate if necessary.
4. There are specific reasons for increasing or decreasing the proportional ratios of the various macronutrients that comprise the meal indicated for the various PARTS. By changing the order of these PARTS or their compositions will influence our goals and objectives.

SCIENTIFIC INFORMATUION AND VALUES FOR MUSCLE TISSUE GROWTH AND REGENERATION
|
|
MECHANISMS OF MUSCLE TISSUE MAINTENACE, GROWTH AND REGENERATION
Although many factors impact (genetics, exercise, nutrition, nervous system activation, hormones, environmental stimuli etc) on the development and maintenance of muscle mass, genetics provides the governing frame of reference that influences the effect of each of the other factors on the ultimate outcome of increased muscle mass and strength.
The anabolic drive is a precise synergy of nutritional, hormonal, and metabolic activities that completely control growth. Unless every link in the chain of growth is complete, optimal growth will not take place.
In order for muscles to grow, four things are required:
• Signaling
• Training
• Nutrition
• Rest
Answers to these questions are beginning to emerge from recent advances in molecular biology now being applied to skeletal muscle and is applied by the specific formulation of the various capsules and the directions for use of the product.
A SIGNALING
What is the precise nature of the stimuli that act as signals to induce structural growth adaptations?
Stimuli that act as signals resulting in muscle growth function by means of the following mechanisms/processes:
1. Nature of the stimuli that act as signals during training sessions
- Training Exercise (contraction and relaxation of muscle bundles) is needed to make the muscles work, use energy and cause microscopic damage to the fibers.Mechanical forces by means of implementing various exercise modes and weight-bearing activities produce a signal to stimulate growth via the myosin gene family. In addition, active and passive stretching of the muscle fibers during exercise is another potent stimulus to in induce muscle tissue growth. Passive stretch is known to induce muscle enlargement even in the absence of innervation, insulin, growth hormone, or adequate nutrition. The transduction of mechanical forces through the cytoskeleton to the nuclei and polyribosomes of the muscle fibers may occur either directly or via membrane-bound, stretch-activated ion channels or stretch-induced alterations in plasma membrane-associated molecules (e.g. mechano-responsive isoforms of adenylate cyclase). These stretch-related signals could then induce altered gene expression (e.g. of muscle growth factors) and altered rates of protein synthesis and degradation.
- Damage to muscle fibers Damage to muscle fibers during exercise may also provide a stimulus for adaptation. High concentrations of a muscle-specific growth factor released from damaged, degenerating (necrotic) muscle fibers, together with the loss of contact inhibition between satellite cells and underlying live muscle fibers, commit satellite cells in the sarcolemma membrane to proliferation during the first day after muscle injury. The newly recruited satellite cells must provide the additional nuclei required to maintain nuclear density in hypertrophied muscle.
- Satellite cells Satellite cells stimulate myosin heavy-chain mRNA synthesis in focal areas of damage produced in overstretched muscles or during heavy training loads via nitric oxide.
- Increased metabolic flux Increased metabolic flux or a decrease in phosphocreatine.via an increase in the ADP:ATP is hypothesized to be the signal for increased protein synthesis.
Muscle-specific protein growth adaptations show a sequential appearance of alterations: Specific gene groups, for example, appear to respond in the following order:
- Ca 2+ handling proteins change first;
- followed by mitochondria proteins; and
- contractile proteins are altered last.
The red capsules (MIO-STIM) was developed to activate some of the aforementioned growth signaling pathways.
2. Nature of the stimuli that act as signals immediately after training sessions
The nature of the stimuli that act as signals immediately after training sessions relate to hormonal and metabolic activities.
FIGURE 1 reflects the percentage changes from rest in epinephrine, nor-epinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol, glucagon (blue line) and insulin (red line) levels to exercise of varying intensity (FIGURE 1A) and duration (FIGURE 1B).
FIGURE 1A FIGURE 1B
Although the decrease in insulin and the increase in all the other hormones favor the mobilization of glucose from the liver, FFA from adipose tissue, gluconeogenesis in the liver, while inhibiting the uptake of glucose, these combined actions maintain homeostasis relative to the plasma glucose concentration so that the central nervous system and the muscles can have the fuel they need.
We know that growth hormone regulates the activity of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). However, muscle growth from weight training is the result of IGF-1 being produced by the satellite cells in the muscle fiber membranes themselves, not the liver. In fact, IGF-1 form the liver is genetically different from IGF-1 produced in your muscles. This information should explain why using IGF-1 systemically (from the blood stream) has been a hit but a miss proposition.
What is important to know is that exercise intensity and duration (as illustrated in figure 1) raises the IGF-1 levels in the satellite cells in the muscle fiber membranes. Furthermore that elevated insulin activity coinciding with high protein intake stimulates muscle tissue growth.
The purple capsules (MIO-BOL FORTE) was developed to facilitate the anabolic drive by supporting the actions induced by the satellite cells and to restore insulin levels as soon as possible after training.
Example: TABLE 1 shows the absolute (white box) and calculated (yellow box) results for specific variables as indicated in coulomb 1 for an individual. The subject complied with his usual training protocol, nutritional intake and consumed the prescribed capsules according to their directions for use. The trial was done over a period of 6 weeks.
FIGURE 2 collectively graphs the results for the variables indicated in the yellow box for the periods 1, 3 and 6 weeks.
At the end of the trails a decrease of 26.61% (6.13kg) was observed for fat mass coinciding with a 6% (4.73kg) increase in lean body mass.
B NUTRITION
Since the correct signaling has been acquired by means of training impulses and nutritional signaling (MIO-STIM and MIO –BOL FORTE) the only thing needed is sufficient amounts of quality biologically active protein in combination with carbohydrate to act as building blocks for growth and tissue repair.
Click on NUTRTIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS for more details on dietary recommendations prior to and directly after strenuous training sessions.
C REST
Muscle tissues do not grow during training sessions. it is during the rest or recovery phase that the muscles repair the microscopic damage and grow.

POSSIBLE PHYSIOLOGICAL ACTION(S)
The unique combinations of specific nutrients facilitate and sensitize the dynamic ANABOLIC physiological mechanisms involved in muscle tissue growth. When used as prescribed these innovative combinations of specific nutrients function synergistically to:
- Stimulate specific sites and metabolic pathways in the activated muscle fibre membranes that trigger muscle fibre growth.
- Stimulate the aerobic-lipolytic and aerobic-glycolytic systems at earlier, sub-maximum levels of physical activity. The lactic acid threshold rises commensurately
- Increase blood flow through the muscle tissues and increase the supply of nutrients and removal of metabolic by-products during training.
- Compliment the anabolic drive that promotes muscle tissue growth in various activated muscle fibre types.
- Improve the removal of metabolites from active muscles after continuous or intermittent physical exertion training sessions, aiding in structural and metabolic recovery.
INDICATIONS
SPORT-X MIO-STIM is dietary and 2-part nutritional supplement programme specifically designed for all sport codes to increase lean body mass (increase muscle mass relative to fat mass).
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
- No side-effects were reported when the recommended dosage had been adhered to and general directions for use had been followed.
- Nausea was reported in a limited number of cases where the capsules were chewed prior to ingestion.
